I work with adults and teens, offering a calm, authentic, and accepting environment for individuals, couples, and families to grow. With master’s degrees in both clinical social work and business from the University of Chicago, along with extensive life experience, I bring a broad perspective and a collaborative approach to sessions. My clinical experience includes providing psychotherapy to adults at Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s outpatient center as well as individual and group therapy to adolescents and children at a therapeutic day school.
After a successful career in business, I’ve returned to clinical work, specializing in life transitions, relationships, parenting, depression, anxiety, boundary setting, career issues, grief/loss, and general life stress. My aim is to help clients further understand and accept themselves, build on their strengths, and clear the path to the life they desire.
