I provide counseling for adults struggling with difficult life transitions, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, career stagnation, health issues and grief and loss. I also work with couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship and who are seeking help in reducing conflict, improving communication and increasing intimacy
My role is to assist clients in identifying the patterns that cause them to be stuck and help them develop new insights and strategies to improve confidence, and engage in relationships more effectively. For clients suffering from grief and loss, I offer help in managing difficult emotions, reducing feelings of isolation and build on strengths to cope and move forward. My collaborative approach to therapy is grounded in empathy as I work with individuals and couples to build on their own strengths and problem-solving abilities to increase resilience and achieve lasting change.
